1. this is fine with you
2. any such recordings of you are the sole and exclusive property of Toque, Inc.
3. they may be used for any purpose, forever, worldwide in any and all media including in advertising and marketing materials.
If you do not agree, please notify a Toque's Staff Member or email info@toquefutsal.com and we will not use any photographs and or Video/Audio recordings of you or your Child.
